OVERVIEW

This year, the 19th European Narcolepsy Masterclass will be held in Bologna (Italy) on 18th November 2022 with participants from all over Europe and where all aspects of narcolepsy will be covered.

Immediately after the 19th European Narcolepsy Masterclass, the 13th European Narcolepsy Days will take place in the same location and it will foresee a joint meeting with patients including clinical and scientific sessions on narcolepsy and its treatments. Representatives of national patient organizations will also host a joint workshop with clinicians.

The official language of both meetings is English.

EACCME® ACCREDITATION

The 19th European Narcolepsy Masterclass, Bologna, Italy, 18/11/2022-18/11/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

The 13th European Narcolepsy Days, Bologna, Italy, 19/11/2022-20/11/2022 has been granted 5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

ITALIAN CME ACCREDITATION

An Italian accreditation at Age.na.s has been made too for each meeting as follow:

19th European Narcolepsy Masterclass - ID 363597 – 5 CME credits

13th European Narcolepsy Days – ID 363723 – 6 CME credits

Italian CME credits will be granted to those participants who attend at least 90% of scientific works, fill in the questionnaire assessment of perceived quality and respond correctly at least 75% of the questions in the evaluation questionnaire learning. At the end of the scientific work, it will come sent an e-mail with the relative link to access the CME questionnaire.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

On European Sleep Foundation website, you can find all details and registrations fee foreseen.

You can register for both events or just the one you prefer to attend. Italian VAT 22% is included in the fee amount.

Registration fee includes:

Attendance at the meeting chosen

Congress kit
CME credits (attributable only and as required by law)
Attendance certificate available online.
Coffee breaks and business lunches as per program.

Please note: in order to register, you should first create your personal account (if you don't already have one) and then proceed with the meeting registration. Registration is confirmed only once the payment has been verified.

Cancellation notices must be in writing or through Doc Congress platform and received by 23:59 PM Central Europe Time (CET) to be eligible for a refund:

Cancellation until November, 11^th 2022: refund of 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellation from November, 12^th 2022: no refunds will be made after this date.

Cancellation notices should be sent to l.gironi@doc-congress.com. Allowed up to four weeks from the end of the congress for processing.
